EVERYTHING IS BAD FOR YOU

I KNOW, EVERYTHING IS BAD FOR YOU
These Three Are Especially Bad

The first two you may or should know about; the third may surprise you.

1. Aspartame
2. Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
3. Carrageenan

Aspartame (Trade name examples, NutraSweet and Equal) is a chemical substitute for sugar found not only in soft drinks and often used in coffee but in many prepared foods. People, knowing that sugar has many calories, are led to believe that this substitute will help them avoid weight gain. In fact the opposite is true; studies have shown that it may cause weigh gain. But the dangers are much greater. It is a neurotoxin. Originally being tested as a floor cleaner or insecticide; a worker accidentally touched his lips and found it sweet. Thus began a multimillion dollar industry that has poisoned countless unsuspecting users. It causes many health problems including brain tumors. An excitotoxin, so called, it is a nightmare in the disguise of a dream.

Some people have suffered disorders with doses as small as that carried in a single stick of chewing gum. This could mean a pilot who drinks diet sodas is more susceptible to flicker vertigo, or to flicker induced epileptic activity. It also means that all pilots are potential victims of sudden memory loss, dizziness during instrument flight and gradual loss of vision

A pilot’s hot line was set up and over 500 pilots responded, some speaking of grand mal seizures in the cockpit of commercial airline flights. Many pilots lost their medical certifications to fly, and careers. 80% of the complaints to the FDA on food or additives are about this murderous chemical, but comatose they’ve done nothing to alert or protect you.

Researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology surveyed 80 people who suffered brain seizures after eating or drinking products with Aspartame. Said the Community Nutrition Institution: “These 80 cases meets the FDA’s own definition of an imminent hazard to the public health, which requires the FDA to expeditiously remove a product from the market.”

Maybe this will get your attention; it cause sexual disfunction in both men and women.

In my opinion it should be banned as a food additive. Dr. Russell Blalock, Neurosurgeon on the faculty of the University of Mississippi explains: “when athletes exercise they are depleting magnesium and if they only knew to use it, it would help protect the heart. But all athletes need to be warned:- DO NOT TOUCH ASPARTAME (NUTRASWEET/EQUAL, ETC.) PRODUCTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.” Read his book, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills.

Monosodium Glutamate or MSG is a taste enhancing product, made from sea weed, and did not find its way its way into the food chain until after World War II. It is now found in thousands of products on the grocery shelves. It is even used to spray on crops in the field. Touted as safe by manufacturers, it is anything but safe. Some people are sensitive to it and get headaches while with others it goes unnoticed. In both cases it is doing brain damage. Those with headaches get a warning. Again Dr. Blalock:

What if someone were to tell you that a chemical (MSG) added to food could cause brain damage in your children, and that this chemical could effect how your children’s nervous systems formed during development so that in later years they may have learning or emotional difficulties? [Rense.com]

The most insidious aspect of MSG is that is often hidden in food products and mislabeled.

* Food Additives that ALWAYS contain MSG *

Monosodium Glutamate
Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
Hydrolyzed Protein
Hydrolyzed Plant Protein
Plant Protein Extract
Sodium Caseinate
Calcium Caseinate
Yeast Extract
Textured Protein (Including TVP)
Autolyzed Yeast
Hydrolyzed Oat Flour
Corn Oil

* Food Additives That FREQUENTLY Contain MSG *

Malt Extract
Malt Flavoring
Bouillon
Broth
Stock
Flavoring
Natural Flavors/Flavoring
Natural Beef Or Chicken Flavoring
Seasoning
Spices

* Food Additives That MAY Contain MSG Or Excitotoxins *

Carrageenan
Enzymes
Soy Protein Concentrate
Soy Protein Isolate
Whey Protein Concentrate

Also: Protease Enzymes of various sources can release excitotoxin amino acids from food proteins.

And finally, what if it could be demonstrated that all of these types of chemicals, called excitotoxins, could possibly aggravate or even precipitate many of today’s epidemic neurodegenerative brain diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, ALS, and Alzheimer’s disease? Would you be concerned if you knew that these excitotoxin food additives are a particular risk if you have diabetes, or have ever had a stroke, brain injury, brain tumor, seizure, or have suffered from hypertension, meningitis, or viral encephalitis?

All of the above are true. And all of these well known brain toxins are poured into our food and drink by the thousands of tons to boost sales. [Rense.com]

Carrageenan may come as a surprise. Another sea weed product (therefore ‘natural’), it is used to thicken and emulsify things. Check the label on your ice cream. No, not ice cream! Yes it is in many ice cream brands; it is even in commercial chocolate milk. Other products include, apple cider, hot dogs, sauces and jellies and even Jello. So what, is that bad? First let me say, a word about sea weeds. Unadulterated they are an excellent food product. A wonderful source of iodine and other minerals. However extracts such as carageenan is a dangerous allergen and toxic to the body. It has been found to cause colitis. anaphylaxis, inflamed bowel, liver damage, and hormone imbalance. It is found in many baby formulas. Headaches can result from ingestion., the same as the MSG syndrome. And again it is not always listed on the ingredients found in a particular product.

Industry and the FDA (contrary to claims) does not care about health, only profits.

For you own health’s sake read labels.
